Hassocks Breakfast Gas up March 2024
SEAMS held its Hassocks Garden Centre breakfast meet on the morning of March 24th 2024. Everyone arrived early even though it was very cold and windy whilst unloading and setting up. At 9.30 we all went to breakfast, which was very good and sets you up for the day.
On our return from breakfast, we put the ropes up. We had a very good turnout which we thank you all for and nice to see some new members. There was 17 engines in total one of the best turnouts for hassocks we have ever seen.
As time went by the weather improved and it was very sunny, so it was very pleasant sitting chatting and the comments were “looking forward to more sunny days sitting by our engines”. Thank you to all that attended. Seams as always has made a small donation to the “Budding Foundation” and ever grateful to Hassocks Garden Centre. We must also thank the staff in the restaurant and Sara Mead for permitting the event.
